Red Carpet Evening in Lake Worth Beach Launches The FiiXX Foundation Nationwide

Boca Raton, FL – October 1, 2025 – South Florida’s art and philanthropy community came together Saturday night at the Palm Beach Art, Antique & Design Showroom, where actor and producer Bruce “Busta” Soscia officially introduced his new charitable organization, The FiiXX Foundation.
Guests arrived along a lively red carpet lined with performers before stepping into the gallery for an evening of cocktails, live saxophone music, and an inspiring program that blended creativity, innovation, and compassion.
The night opened with a heartfelt tribute to U.S. veterans, organized in partnership with DDS4Vets, The Hero Foundation, and several veteran-owned groups. Among those honored was Thomas Matteo, a six-time Purple Heart recipient, Marine Corps veteran, and former Miami Chief of Police. Matteo received a custom sculpture by acclaimed artist Yaacov Heller, followed by a moving short film portraying a Marine’s recovery journey after being injured at Abbey Gate during the Afghanistan withdrawal — highlighting the healing bond with his service dog.

“It was a powerful reminder of the unity, faith, and gratitude that drive our service to this country.”"

Later, guests heard from keynote speaker Dr. Phil Defina, who emphasized the importance of brain health awareness. Attendees also connected with nonprofits making a difference locally and nationally, including Food For The Poor, DDS4Vets, The Hero Foundation, International Brain Research Foundation (IBRF), and Ray of Hope Foundation, founded by NFL Hall of Famer Ray Lewis.

A major highlight of the event was a technology showcase by Altitude Water, creators of the Disaster Relief Trailer (DRT) a mobile clean-water system deployed during Hurricane Helene recovery efforts in Florida and South Carolina. Partnering with Good Vibrations Music Co., the team demonstrated Frequency Infused Music® (FIM) therapy alongside their cutting-edge water purification technology.

“Soscia’s commitment to faith-driven compassion resonates deeply with our own mission. It was an honor to share our innovation at such a meaningful event.”

Adding a touch of artistry, the night’s show-stopping Purple Heart-themed cake, created by Bonnie “The Colorful Creator” Perez, honored the veteran community. Notable guests included Tareq Salahi, founder of the International Polo Tour, and radio personality “Mobile Mike”, who hosted live segments throughout the event.
Soscia — known for his film work alongside Liam Neeson and Adrien Brody — shared his inspiration for founding The FiiXX Foundation:

“True change comes through our connections and our shared faith in what’s possible. This launch is only the beginning of a movement built on culture, compassion, and impact."
