At The FiiXX Foundation, our mission is to ignite hope and transform compassion into Christ-centered action. Rooted in the teachings of Jesus, we support and amplify organizations serving where the need is greatest—from at-risk children and underserved communities to crisis zones and veterans in need. Bruce J. Soscia

President and Co-Founder, Global Strategy & Partnerships

Bruce Soscia Sr. is a dedicated father and man of faith who has built a life around service, leadership, and purpose. As the founder of The Fiixx Foundation, Bruce works to uplift underserved communities through strategic partnerships, income-generating programs, and hands-on mentorship.A highly successful entrepreneur, Bruce has built, scaled, and expanded businesses across multiple industries using a powerful combination of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and exceptional interpersonal relationship development. Known for his ability to identify opportunities and turn vision into action, Bruce has launched ventures that continue to create jobs, inspire innovation, and empower others to lead.In addition, Bruce’s acting career has taken off like a rocket—fueled by his deep passion for the craft and his unwavering determination to succeed. His presence on screen is matched by the impact he creates behind the scenes in both business and philanthropy.He’s also spent over 20 years coaching youth sports and mentoring students, taking pride in helping others reach their fullest potential. Guided by faith and fueled by forward-thinking vision, Bruce continues to serve with humility, integrity, and heart.

Jon Romano

Managing Partner

Jon Romano is an entrepreneur and problem-solver with over 20 years of experience in online marketing, business development, and creative collaboration. He’s passionate about building projects that make a difference—combining innovation, strategy, and purpose to create real-world impact. Jon is currently working with Spaceblue, NASA, SpaceX, and artists on a unique initiative that gives creative work a place on the moon. He also partners with The FiiXX Foundation, supporting faith-led programs that help underserved communities, provide aid, and share hope through action. The foundation’s mission—to ignite hope, inspire action, and impact eternity—aligns closely with Jon’s belief that business should serve people and reflect deeper values. Whether launching a new venture or supporting a cause, Jon focuses on doing meaningful work with integrity, clarity, and heart.

Leslie D. Pineda, M.S. CCC-SLP

Board Member & Director of Communications and Community Advocacy, The Fiixx Foundation

Leslie D. Pineda is the proud founder of Palm Speech Consulting, Inc. and serves on the Board of Directors as the Director of Communications and Community Advocacy for The Fiixx Foundation. A bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist with deep roots in her Hispanic heritage, Leslie draws from both cultural insight and personal experience to authentically connect with diverse communities—giving a voice to those too often unheard. Graduating Cum Laude from Emerson College in Boston, Leslie earned her Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders at the top of her class. Her professional focus centers on bridging the gap between community organizations and individuals facing socioeconomic challenges, language barriers, and special needs. Beyond her professional achievements, Leslie is a devoted wife, loving mother, and proud dog mom who lives by the belief that family is everything. Her leadership style blends clinical excellence, cultural awareness, and heartfelt compassion. At the core of everything she does is a mission to empower the unheard, uplift the marginalized, and use the power of communication to transform lives.

Tom Gallagher

Strategic Director of Veterans Affairs, The Fiixx Foundation

Tom Gallagher is a decorated United States Marine Corps veteran and Purple Heart recipient who served with honor during the Iraq War. Following his distinguished military service, Tom continued his commitment to national security as a Federal Agent with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, bringing leadership, discipline, and unwavering dedication to protecting American lives. Currently serving as the Strategic Director of Veterans Affairs for The Fiixx Foundation, Tom leads efforts to support and empower U.S. veterans through programs focused on mental, physical, and emotional healing. His mission is rooted in lived experience—honoring the sacrifices of his fellow service members by helping them thrive in civilian life with dignity and purpose. In addition to his work with The Fiixx Foundation, Tom proudly serves as a District Inspector for the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and dedicates his time to mentoring the next generation as a USA Youth Hockey Coach. Whether on the ice or in the community, Tom is committed to building strong, resilient leaders and giving back through service, advocacy, and heart.
